Getting a Storage Quote and Booking Your Storage Space
It’s simple to get a storage quote and book some space with us. Just follow these easy steps…
Step 1: Calculate the amount of space you require
It's often difficult to calculate how much storage space you need, especially if this is the first time you have used a self-storage company. That's why we have designed our online calculators; to help you select the right storage unit for your needs. Our Quick Calculator provides you with the dimensions of our units, along with its cubic capacity. While our Full Calculator will calculate the space you need based on the items you select to store.
Often, people can find it easier to see the actual space to visualise what can be stored so please free feel to visit one of our storage sites to take a look at the range of units sizes we have to offer.
If, after all your calculating and head-scratching you realise you need a bigger or smaller unit don't worry! All of our customers are free to increase or decrease their storage space while they are with us – even on move-in!
Step 2: Select a Site
We have 3 storage facilities across Plymouth. All are easily accessible from the major routes in and out of the city. Please feel free to visit us to take a look around.
While standard storage charges and opening times are the same across all of our sites the availability of different size units can vary. Also, occasionally, we will offer special discounts at a particular storage site.
Step 3: Select a Unit and Get a Quote
Once you have calculated your space you can;
Call Us or Pop in. Feel free to contact us to discuss your storage needs. Our storage gurus have years of knowledge and experience helping customers select the best unit and deal. They will also be able to discuss unit availability at each site and help with any specific storage requests.
Get a Quote Online. Our online form will ask you a few questions and then provide you with an instant quote. You can go on to adjust the unit size, apply different Move-In deals and also see our rates for insurance. If you're happy with the quote you can then move on to reserve a unit.
Step 4: Reserve your Unit*
You can reserve a unit by visiting us at any of our facilities, calling or by using our Online Quoting System; whichever is the easiest for you.
Once the reservation is made you will receive an email confirming the details of the booking and a reminder of what you will need to bring with you when you move-in.
