Returning Students

This is a reminder to all students returning to Plymouth and looking to collect your belongings. Please ensure you give us as much notice as possible of your return date;

• You need to provide us with at least 24 working hours' notice (within office hours) to collect your belongings. Requests made out of hours will not counted as received until the next working day ie notice received on Sunday will not be counted as received until Monday and consequently belongings will not be ready for collection until Tuesday.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your collection request - please do not turn-up to collect without this written confirmation.
• Collection Address: Plymouth Self Storage, The Depository, Elliott Rd, Plymouth, PL4 0SB.
• Collections Times: Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm & Saturday: 9.30am - 11.30am.

Please note we cannot hand-out belongs where no notice has been given
